Located in Reno, 4th St. Bistro is a warm and friendly spot specializing in contemporary American cuisine, yet inspired by flavors from around the world. Established in 2000 by chef Natalie Sellers and general manager Carol Wilson, the restaurant sits inside a converted house and has an elegant atmosphere. Using the best, organic and locally-sourced ingredients, the chef creates a delectable seasonal menu. Highlights include the crispy leg of O’Liberty duck confit, served with wild-rice pilaf, mustardy Brussels sprouts and aïoli, or organic orecchiette pasta with butternut squash, kale, mushrooms and parmesan. Located in the Victorian-era town of Virginia City, Cafe Del Rio is a lovely restaurant specializing in Southwestern cuisine. Named after the winery’s award-winning wine of the same name, the restaurant features a beautiful, warm interior with large windows, with incredible views of the grounds and Mt. Charleston Peak.
